房間有小商品，有牌子表明額外收費，沒什麼問題，價格還算合理，就是沒冰箱這種常温的真不想喝，還是自己下去買了，房間沒什麼大問題

作為一個電競酒店來説，電腦的配置不行，主機是個迷你主機，説老實話我還第一次在主打電競的酒店碰到這玩意。工業上不是沒辦法都不樂意用這玩意。然後就是淋浴間也有問題。可能海安的電競酒店較少，但給用户的體驗真的較差

房間大，電腦全新，網速很快，乾淨整潔，周邊購物吃飯很方便，出行也行很方便，酒店服務也很好，前台還贈送了飲料，早餐品種也很多，推薦推薦，下次首選。

房間還行，門有聲音，隔音很不好，碰到素質差的，根本睡不着，還好經理給換房，人不錯，就是設施老了點，酒店規章制度有待加強。

其餘的都中規中矩，但是服務比較一般。電話壞了，然後十一點多就通知十二點退房。據我所知，現在的酒店基本都是下午兩點之前退房了，他們還這麼搞。
