Hai Duong Hotels with Wi-Fi

My stay at the Purple Lotus Hotel was wonderful. This is a new and very clean hotel and my ”Junior Apartment” was very clean, comfortable, spacious (living area with kitchenette and sperate bedroom), and affordable. The free breakfast had a lot of different food items from which to select and was delicious. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two evenings which was also very good. But the best part of my stay was the customer service. Prior to my arrival, the hotel staff arranged a car service to pick me up at the airport in Hanoi and bring me to the hotel. After my stay at the hotel I planned to go to Ha Long Bay (a beautiful UNESCO site) because it's not too far away. Again the hotel arranged my car service transportation to Ha Long Bay and then also from Ha Long Bay to the airport in Hai Phong. They coordinated pickup times and locations with me even two days after I had already checked out of their hotel - it was the fantastic staff at Purple Lotus Hotel that made my travel plans a success and my stay in their hotel a great experience!

Very OK, although the hotel hardware facilities are old, the waiters are warm and thoughtful. Still quite satisfied. like

1. The check-in front desk does not understand Chinese at all, and English is not good. Staying for a long time, the experience is not good. 2. Single room facilities are OK 3. The shower partition is too small, especially the standard double room, can't turn around 4. All rooms have too few sockets and the location is unreasonable 5, breakfast is OK The overall feeling is average

Nam Cuong Hotel - Hai Duong is very beautiful and convenient for all subjects. The hotel room is a bit old but very clean, the staff is professional, the campus is extremely spacious. I really liked the clean room and full facilities before we checked-in. Clean, neat and beautiful fabrics. Food and service are very professional. Staff and management take care of guests very carefully and especially knowledgeable about food and drinks. We really enjoyed your ”1” drinks on Skybar. The spa is also great. The front desk service is not good, quite rigid. A little bit hard to bully foreigners. The geographical location makes it inconvenient to eat.
