衞生:差，桌子一層土，枕套臟的流油。
服務:差，這個差字給穿紅色上衣，短髮那個婦女，入住後看到枕套沒換，並用被子蓋着，我們要求換一整套，她極其不情願，説床單被套是換過的，衹給換枕套，我好聲好氣的説全都換一下，我可以幫着換，她黑着臉出去，拿進來一套，甩臉色，跟她説話也不理人，氣勢洶洶的換完氣勢洶洶的走了。
環境:入住後發生這種插曲，也沒心情評價。
設施:實話實説民和這個價位這種設施也確實一般。

酒店裝修風格很好，前台小姐姐服務態度好，服務周到細緻，房間寬敞明亮，床很舒服，服務人員熱情有禮，早餐種類豐富，入住體驗非常滿意，值得再次入住。

很鬱悶，幾個前台跟村姑一樣，沒有一點服務意思，這個酒店管理層幹啥吃的，中央空調是壞的，被凍感冒了，早上才發現有個壁掛空調……房間有一股煙味……11左右前台打了兩次電話催退房……沒有一點服務意思，遲早被淘汰

很有特色的酒店，屬於新華書店集團，酒店一樓就是書店，文化氛圍濃厚，在民和能選到這家酒店還是很意外也很滿意，周邊步行幾百米就到了步行街，很熱鬧

衞生乾淨整潔，大廳服務人員素質高，進門就開始抬頭微笑。保潔阿姨收拾東西乾淨利落，一次良好的入住，民和同等級的服務，價格都在260以上了。

在民和縣城來説，這個酒店已經很人性化，高大上了，服務員熱情好客，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐可口營養，房間設施前衞，不但有一次性毛巾，還有智能馬桶轉轉圈，更讓人意外之喜的是有直飲水機，閑暇之餘還可以到五樓花園式咖啡廳，免費品嚐，小吃飲品，有民族特色的罐罐茶。更具有性價比的是房價不高，下次一定還會選擇此家酒店！
