Hotel manager was very friendly and helpful in choosing a room and with storing luggage

Moshe is a gentle man of high character most welcoming and helpful; accomdating as my 79yr old brother was sick while visiting here. I had many delightful conversations with him....May Hashem continue to bless and prosper Moshe

There is nothing about “Designed” about this property, is just a ran down building converted in small rooms. No elevators and hallway are extremely hot. Room does not have any closed or any furniture to put clothes on. No soap, Kleenex, coffee, only the bare minimum.

Ok for a short stay Apartment was in a proper condition. It would be good if it had a closet though. Also, for some reason (never explained) our room wasn’t made after the first night. We stayed there for three nights.

It is a very nice little apartment hotel in a neighbourhood that really comes to life after sundown, lots of restaurants with outside seating etc. However, there is a huge street outside which is very loud and also pretty dangerous for pedestrians (we saw cars running red lights at HIGH speeds multiple times). The neighborhood is very nice, however it is also apparently not super duper safe (AFAIK its not crime that should affect tourists, though). It's within walking distance of the train station, german village, bahai gardens, all the important sights. I enjoyed my stay there, but sleep was not great (because of the loud street).

Mosheh the Manager was very helpful and so kind. He responded to all our questions and explained everything in details. The place was very clean. The location was very convenient.
