趕在暑假的尾巴帶小朋友出來玩，入住維也納酒店也是相信這個大品牌，之前沒有帶小朋友出來，住的很隨便，這次不枉從百安海灘開車半小時過來，果然沒有失望，入住時小朋友未成年人也是需要登記訊息的，雖然手續有點麻煩，但是給人很正規，入住之後房間空間還挺大的，衞生也很乾凈，體驗感很好，下次過來還是會選擇他們家

第一次為了發差評，專門從攜程下單。
不知道是否八字不合，住維也納沒過一次好體驗。記憶中三次，第一次上海，定了一個房間，非常逼仄狹小，一股黴味，忍了。另外一次朋友家邊上，在上海，新開的酒店味道真大，忍了。這回忍無可忍。
半夜十二點給你打房間電話，為了催你交房費！！一直打到你從夢中驚醒！！然後你動作慢了，懟到你房間門口敲門，誰敢信。原因是他們哪個****領導規定了當天一定要收到房費，超過十二點估計影響員工績效吧。
老闆。你是服務業啊，你不考慮特殊情況顧客滿意度的麼？可能你批了一層皮（裝飾畫風都是歐美油畫，還很劣質那種，土豪裝洋相），就覺得自己鼻孔朝天了？
再説為啥晚付當天費用。你讓員工努力辦會員，我辦了。你前台告訴我提供一個手機號就行，結果下單並沒有便宜。你又説需要微信綁定的號碼，讓我自己摸索小程序搞。好，我去房間搞，搞了半天根本改不了手機號。然後工作忙起來想着第二天我再付錢吧。你就打電話催，來蹲我。你早點咋不發現提醒？
你第二天又跟我説，要拿身份證到前台才能改。我去，你能不能專業點！！！
房間空調聲音大，礦泉水一股膠味，早餐垃圾，洗衣房不整潔。
