Easy parking and a grand, upscale hotel. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and breakfast is decent. Definitely recommend it. The only minor issue is that the comforter felt a bit damp, which might be due to the climate.

Booked two rooms for two nights for a family trip. The rooms were clean, offering a partial sea view from a distance. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Wanlv Park. The dim sum at the hotel's 3rd-floor restaurant was good. The only issue was the soundproofing; I kept hearing some strange noises at night.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel's laundry service was also neat and hygienic. It left a warm and thoughtful impression on me, especially as it was my first time visiting Hainan.

Thanks to the hotel team's thoughtful arrangements, this trip was filled with wonderful memories. Looking forward to staying again! Better than expected, highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable journey. Felt right at home, with attentive service. Outside, the city night view; inside, a cozy haven for a good night's sleep. Friendly front desk, clean rooms, and a rich breakfast – simply impeccable.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. It's a new hotel located in the city center, making dining very convenient. There's a Fang Zhongshan restaurant downstairs nearby, and you can charge your devices in the backyard. It's also only a few hundred meters from Coconut Palm Group.

There's a great dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the breakfast is also good. The room was clean.

My business stay at the Regal Haikou Coconut Grove International Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to MixC shopping mall and within walking distance to Evergreen Park, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The fully smart-equipped room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dim sum on the third floor was authentically delicious. A special shout-out to Supervisor Li at the front desk – she handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, patiently answered my questions about my itinerary and parking, providing detailed and thoughtful service. She was gentle and polite throughout, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou!

The service was excellent! Xiao Yun and Xiao Jin at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared mosquito repellent patches for me during check-in, which was an absolutely fantastic touch. They also gave me a welcome gift. I'll definitely be staying here again.
