The owner was incredibly kind. We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM and there were still no check-outs at the same location. The owner insisted on giving us a room in the guesthouse, saying they couldn't let us be without a room. The room was very clean, and we were satisfied. Highly recommended. The neighborhood environment was also excellent.

It's just ordinary housing and public toilets in the community. The boss is an old man! The Ctrip interface didn't mention airport pick-up service. I called before booking to inquire if there was any pick-up service. The boss said it was very close to the station and it was not a problem. Then I ordered it. As a result, the boss called and asked why we arrived so late at the station at after 11 o'clock. I didn't take it to heart, and he didn't say he wouldn't pick up the phone. We called him after we arrived at the station, and he said to wait a moment, and then said that it’s not that the car can pick you up immediately just because you call! Then we waited for half an hour, and there was no one left at the station except us. The boss came to pick us up, and kept saying that our booking was so cheap, why would he pick us up? He also said that their online interface didn't mention anything like pick-up service! Oh, it really is. I called him before and he said it was very close and that pick-up and drop-off was no problem. But later he made me wait for so long and complained... I didn't insist on you picking me up and dropping me off. You can refuse and say that there is no such service! I agreed generously, but then I started talking nonsense! I am speechless! The next day we took a taxi to the harbour and didn't bother to listen to the complaints! It is recommended that those who need pick-up and drop-off services directly look for the ones displayed on the network interface. Avoid trouble!

The room setup is quite novel, with unique decorations. The pool feature wasn't filled with water in winter, but that didn't affect the stay. The bedding was clean. For those catching a flight and needing temporary accommodation, airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged; there's a car available at the door for free.

The community environment is excellent. Parking is available on the street. It's a 10-minute drive to the port and a 5-minute walk to the beach—the location is superb. Although the room is a bit small and the bathroom is shared, the fact that pets are allowed makes it all worthwhile, especially considering the very attractive New Year's price.

Before booking, please be aware that this guesthouse is a four-bedroom, one-living-room house divided into four rooms. Only two rooms have private toilets; the rest are not like hotels or guesthouses. Sometimes you'll have to share a toilet with strangers. Frankly, since everyone is staying in one room, you might bump into strangers at any time. The owner's service was just so-so; I wasn't very satisfied. He seemed rather rude. Because it's essentially one house, there's a shared kitchen. There's a slightly rusty kitchen knife on the stove; I don't know its purpose, but it effectively keeps people at bay. Although the room I booked wasn't expensive, if you could spend a few extra dollars, I'd recommend staying somewhere safer.
