Clean hotel and well maintained. Downstairs have mini mart and 24hr convenience store. Just 10min ride to the qilou okd street.

Alwys stay at ATour hotel when visit to China. The room is very clean and modern vibe, quality shampoo, solid bed and pillow. The hotel provide free laundry facilities that I like the most. At night they serve simple supper like porridge.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Would like to commend both 万星 (manager) & 天顺 (assistant manager) for making us feel welcomed and going beyond to recommend and make reservations for our visit to the Museum. Kudos to the management staff for ensuring all the staff are well trained, they carry out their duties with enthusiasm & dedication. Even the aunty that cleans my room is so polite and cheerful and does her job with pride. I am amazed when I left my clothes in the washing machine and 2 hours later found it dried and neatly folded & packed in the laundry bag👍. We can feel the genuineness of the service that rivals most 5 star hotels. The amenities in the hotel is excellent and the hotel is new and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with almost all amenities (except swimming pool). Service staffs was extremely friendly whenever we asked for recommendations and help. Special thanks to 万新, 清久 and 幸怡 ! Breakfast was simple but filling. Hotel also provide late supper for free. Laundry room was one of the best I’ve seen and used in China. Only cons is the location where there’s isn’t much tasty food within walking distance. But overall will still recommend this hotel 👍🏻

I want to specifically says thank you to 万新 and 骆一呀. Not sure what happened but there was a bit of hiccup with my reservation, 万新 came to rescue and resolve the situation and let us check in smoothly. Very professional, friendly and approachable. The next day, we were leaving to airport, it was still raining and difficult to hail a taxi thus I have requested 一呀 to help to call DiDi and without hesitation, she helped us to book. She brought us to the DiDi waiting area and made sure that we boarded the right car and sent us off. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new. The lobby and room are very clean. Overall, the 1 night stay was very pleasant. The staff willingness to go extra miles is beyond words. I really appreciated their services. Thank you so much.

We have booked 4 rooms for my big families and we are all happy with the hotel. They have upgraded our room to bigger room and we have paid to purchase our breakfast next day. The staff are very nice. Plus points is they even offer free laundry services.

Amazing Stay at Atour Hotel, Even During a Typhoon! We had an amazing stay at Atour, even though we unexpectedly encountered the Yagi Typhoon and had to extend our stay for an additional four days. We were incredibly fortunate to be staying at Atour, which maintained power, water, and internet throughout the storm. They even provided free washing and drying services, which was a huge help. Due to the typhoon, all the nearby restaurants and supermarkets were closed, but Atour went above and beyond by offering free breakfast, simple meals for lunch, dinner, and supper. Their hospitality during such a difficult time was truly exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A very nice hotel with very cozy rooms. Part of multi-hotel building shared with Lavende and Wanguo. Atour lobby is on the 8th floor with its restaurant, gym and laundry room (free). Comes with good paid breakfast and good free supper. Clean room and very friendly staff. Smoke-free room depending if you chosen one and also need to shut the windows to prevent smell coming from outside/other smoking room windows. Overall great hotel and accomodation.

A big thank you! The staff are simply wonderful, warm and always have a big smile. We don't speak Chinese but they made our stay feel like home. The view from our corner room is amazing and overlooking the park. Our booking came with breakfast. Breakfast here is highly recommended. Overall we had a great stay.

The location of the hotel is very good with eateries very near. Beijing Pedestrian street and Arcade Streets are also not far away. The staff is friendly and service is good including sending clothes back to our room after free washing and drying in the laundry. The room is very clean and very well designed for convenience. However, it is inconvenient to go down to the exit at street level with the change of lifts and walking from one end to the other end of the lobby to do so.

A nice and comfortable hotel, hospitable and friendly front office staff leaves a good memory, outstanding services.

Reception staff were very helpful. Helped me to book Didi taxi.

If you cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, do ask for a room change like we did.
