Hilton Haikou Meilan

I saw some really bad reviews online, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel is grand and well-equipped, and my kids had a fantastic time. We even saw the sunrise over the ocean in the morning 🌅, it was so worth it!

Overall, the experience was fantastic! The Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel serves really good food. The pool and beach right outside are perfect for kids. Our butler, Rebecca, was incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything we needed was promptly arranged. She was super nice!

The room had a beautiful sea view and the breakfast was excellent. We had to switch rooms due to a booking issue, and I accidentally left my jacket in the wardrobe of the original room. The staff kindly brought it to our new room and placed it in the wardrobe for me. I really appreciate their help!

The front desk lady was very nice, but the hotel facilities are outdated. The door stopper wasn't working, which was inconvenient, and the room layout wasn't ideal either. Additionally, there's no heated pool or decent kids' facilities. The outdoor beach is practically negligible; it's a man-made breakwater with a bit of sand, and the water is deep and rough, making it unsuitable for swimming.

New Year's Eve: great food, wine, and fireworks... Our flight on New Year's Day was late, and the front desk kindly allowed for a late check-out. Thumbs up! 👍

My friends and I recently stayed at the Hilton Haikou’s Deluxe Seaview King Room, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – even the corners were spotless, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. The moment we opened the window, we were greeted by a breathtaking blue ocean view. The expansive scenery and gentle sea breeze instantly washed away our travel fatigue. The hotel's environment is also superb; both the greenery and public areas are meticulously maintained, making for excellent photo opportunities. The service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out. The staff were all warm, professional, and incredibly responsive to our requests, even offering thoughtful suggestions. The facilities are also top-notch, with a great gym and swimming pool that perfectly met our leisure needs. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations. Whether you're gathering with friends or enjoying a relaxing vacation, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Haikou! 👍
