Ambiance: I don't even want to talk about the ambiance, just look at the pictures. The soundproofing is terrible. The people in the room next door were laughing so loudly all night, I have no idea what was so funny. They woke me up at almost 3 AM. That woman, I swear, she was laughing one minute and crying the next. I called the front desk, and they went to knock on their door. It stopped for a bit, then started right back up again. Hygiene: Just look at the pictures, I don't even want to comment. Service: The service was alright though. 😁

The room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure, which I really appreciated. The hotel also offered free afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. I'm taking off one star because the soundproofing isn't great – a crying child in the next room was quite noisy. Also, the hotel is nearly 2 kilometers away from Qilou Old Street, not as close as I'd hoped.

This hotel is brand new, with a well-designed room layout and modern facilities. The front desk staff, including security, provided excellent service – we were very satisfied! 😀 We did a self-driving tour around Hainan, starting and ending in Haikou, and this hotel definitely ranked among the best in terms of comfort. Highly recommend!

This is a newly opened hotel in a great location. It's right next to a traditional Hainanese tea house, so you can grab a bite and then take a pleasant stroll from the park to the old town. The hygiene is good, and the bedding is comfortable. The shower has excellent water pressure. There's a smart control system, but we didn't use it. Overall, I recommend it.

The hotel has a well-equipped pool; I recommend strengthening daily maintenance and managing its availability to make it more convenient for guests. Overall, the hotel has good fundamental conditions, and the entire experience would be even better with improvements in detailed service, hygiene, dining, and facility management.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The only minor issue was a strange noise from the air conditioning, but everything else was excellent! 👌🏻 I'll definitely come back next time.

The biggest highlight is the self-service laundry area, equipped with 8 washing machines and dryers. This is incredibly practical for long road trips and families with children. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for your travels!

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. They even offer a self-service afternoon tea. The location is great, close to the city center, so you can explore the area and check out that popular old-school Hainanese coffee shop nearby. The hotel staff were also very helpful and provided excellent service.
