Very close to the airport although there are few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Great facilities with a very nice garden and zoo. Friendly and nice staff.

This hotel is great; I've stayed here a few times. The environment is fantastic, and it's very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The garden setting with small animals is a big hit with my daughter. Xiao Tian even upgraded our room for free, which was a very nice touch!

The room was clean and the hotel's overall environment was great. The pool was right outside. The service was also good. I was in a bit of a hurry during my stay and didn't have time to explore the hotel grounds, but it has really nice scenery and is spacious.

The hotel is nice and has some decent amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful, however it is a little outdated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Our room smelt like damp and the pool wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there with leaves everywhere in it. Bit to mention the metal bars between the room and pool had severely rusted. But again this just means it needs a refurbishment. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us and meet our needs.

Everything was great starting from checking-in and ending with our departure from Haikou. Our room was nice and just the way we expected. The territory of the hotel is beyond great. Photos taken there are amazing. We are incredibly grateful to the staff for maintaining such a huge hotel and making our stay so comfortable! If I have a chance to come back, it’s definitely going to be this particular hotel!

The hotel environment is fantastic, with beautiful garden landscapes and lots of animals. However, the planes at night were incredibly loud, continuing from 10 PM until 2 or 3 AM. The hotel's soundproofing is practically nonexistent; you can hear people talking in the hallway as if they're right in your room. The facilities are also very old, with rusty balcony railings. The lighting in the room is dim, a stark contrast to the bright outdoor scenery.

Hotel room is old and dated. There is also a moldy smell in my room. Breakfast is limited too. However, the location is very near the airport and the price is reasonable. For early morning flight, I would recommend for 1 night.
