This is my second stay at the Pullman Haikou Oceanview, and I still remember how pleasantly surprised I was during my first visit. The hotel room's decor has a beautiful artistic feel, and the river view from the balcony is truly delightful. This time, I had the pleasure of encountering Sister Chen, who was cleaning, and I'm giving her 5 stars for her excellent service attitude and communication skills.

The rooms were great, and the bedding was super comfortable. The swimming pool and hot springs are definitely worth a visit, perfect for a family trip.
