這是我第一次在攜程上給差評，沒有一丁點服務意識和能力的從業者就不應該來禍害這個行業。 1、項目所在地周邊的交通狀況堪憂，道路仍舊在施工，不確定是否有公共交通工具可到達，由於在機場接人到達時間較晚，是綠城物業的安防人員開閘引導進入 2、下午海口暴雨，並未見有相關工作人員及時清理，導致進門位置積水 3、聯通客廳的廚房內見到活體老鼠，客廳內蟑螂較多，卧室裏小蜘蛛較多，而淋浴間花灑位置居然同時有小蜘蛛和長腿蜘蛛同時出現 4、兩個洗手間窗户都沒有任何遮擋物，其中一個洗手間還有一面落地玻璃，隔壁“鄰居”搭個梯子伸個頭什麼的，應該就春光乍現了，私隱保護方面有問題 5、給配的洗髮液和沐浴液用玻璃瓶裝的，已經用掉一半未見有補充，且玻璃瓶上和淋浴房地板上污漬非常多，噁心的感覺，床品星星點點的黴斑或是污漬，清晰可見，枕頭上一股濃濃的久未清潔的味 6、管家來電時的態度簡直令人佩服，質問且調侃本人膽子挺大，給了我電話居然不加他微信，此處一萬個黑人問號臉！入住前給我電話説要睡覺了並問我微信號説要加我的人難道不是他，明明同一個聲音？他為什麼來電還好意思質問我？難道沒加微信的不是他？

房間很大，周邊環境很美，空氣好，下次還來度假。有很多香蕉樹和菠蘿蜜樹，有洗衣機，阿姨打掃的很乾凈！！

小區環境太美！接待小妹也非常nice。不足之處是隔壁鄰居午夜入住，一直熱鬧説話到凌晨三點……床品能升級一下會更好
