The Ritz-Carlton, Haikou

The hotel was great, no disappointment here! The service and facilities were all excellent. We had a very pleasant stay! Vincent, in particular, provided exceptional service. He helped me solve all my questions and even recommended delicious food. If it weren't for him, I probably would have had to call the front desk for everything. Being able to communicate via WeChat for any issues was super convenient! We had a lot of luggage, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Many thanks to them 🙏

Came to Haikou for golf, and it seems everything here revolves around it – hotels, malls, you name it. This appears to be the best hotel in Haikou, just a ten-minute drive from Black Stone. There's a large shopping mall right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping. The room was decent, with golf-themed decor. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful.

This hotel is great, and the view is fantastic—right across from the golf course! The breakfast was also good. The service attitude was impeccable! Michelle at the front desk was so kind and approachable, like a sweet girl next door. She tried her best to meet all our requests! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Haikou!

Undoubtedly, five stars are well-deserved! The lady at the front desk who handled our check-in was exceptionally graceful and charming, with a gentle voice and clear articulation. She truly embodied the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. During our friendly conversation, she even upgraded our room, a gesture that really highlighted the mutual appreciation between quality service and a quality guest! The room’s ambiance beautifully showcased a French-inspired style, and the view from the window was breathtakingly expansive, with endless golf course greenery. The bedding was comfortable and soft against the skin, and the lighting design was very pleasant, allowing me to fall asleep instantly and have an amazing night's rest. I woke up with a refreshed complexion and full of energy, as if my metabolism had been boosted! I hope this hotel continues to uphold its original values and maintain its high quality. I will definitely stay here again!

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! I checked in quite late, and was delighted to find the room decorated for Christmas and Xenia had even prepared some Christmas sweets – what a lovely touch! The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep that was super stress-relieving. Xenia's service was warm and attentive; both check-in and check-out were efficient and convenient, and any requests I had were handled promptly. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place first next time I visit. Five stars, no doubt!
