The location is great, very convenient for transport. It's close to the Riyue Duty-Free Shop, and there's free parking downstairs. I highly recommend staying here. The restaurant downstairs is also very convenient for meals. After touring Hainan, we came back to Haikou, and it was also very close to the Hainan Provincial Museum for our visit the next day.

The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable, but the room itself was a bit dated and the soundproofing wasn't great. The hot water was good with decent pressure. The main advantage is its proximity to the duty-free shop, though honestly, it's not a very good one for browsing. 😂

Our first stop in Hainan and this hotel was a delightful experience! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and having a washing machine right in the room was incredibly convenient. The kids had an absolute blast. Checking out and off to our next adventure!

Excellent stay at Clivia Hotel (this is the real name)! The room was comfortable but the walkway outside was very smoky. Our room also had some malfunction in the switch for the lights so it didn’t work but it’s ok we used sunlight as it was very bright. Breakfast was delicious.
