There was a damp smell when I opened the door and there were stains everywhere on the floor. What made me even more speechless was that the air conditioner was not cool and I asked her to go to the room to check but she didn't come. The first time she called me she told me to turn it on again and again, okay. The second time I called her she said impatiently that she didn't know how to fix it and she wouldn't do it. The solution was that the third call asked me to give me a fan. I didn't agree and was willing to go to the room to get it. Obviously, the reason why the air conditioner broke down was because the room was installed knowingly. If there is a problem, it is not to help the guest solve it but to let the guest bear it. It is not about your service, but about the hardware conditions that you should have as a hotel. If you hang out even though you know there is damage, you are violating the regulations from a business perspective, but you have the nerve to act like you don't care.

The hotel is well managed, clean and well serviced. The front desk lady is very nice and the room cleaning lady is also nearby. It is convenient to go out and take a taxi. This hotel is close to the road and is very lively and has many snacks nearby at night. Living here is like being at home and is very comfortable and in a good mood. I recommend everyone to come here

The room is very big ~ stayed here for 2 nights in a row! Convenient for visiting Haikou. When the weather gets colder, you can only visit arcades and museums. The hotel is not far from these two places! ~The most noteworthy thing is that the bathroom is well soundproofed, and the exhaust fan can be turned on all the time with little impact... This can maintain the circulation of indoor air! Others are quite average and worth the price.
