The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and convenient parking nearby. The family room this time was fantastic! The overall room environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive. Seeing that I had two children, the floor manager thoughtfully provided an extra pair of kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety. The laundry room was also very convenient. The robot delivering our takeout was a pleasant surprise for the kids. Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories.

The hotel is very close to Sun & Moon Duty Free Plaza, and there are many small eateries across the street. It's also a short walk to Qilou Old Street. Although the hotel is a bit old, there wasn't any musty smell or other unpleasant odors, which I had somewhat expected. Being able to book this hotel during the Chinese New Year for this price, I felt it offered excellent value for money! That's why I decided to stay here again when I returned to Haikou. Xiao Wu and Xiao Jie were very attentive during my extended stay.
