I was very disappointed in my stay in this apartment. First of all it was hard to find it because there are two towers in the building with separate entrances that are quite far from each other. But what shocked me most was that when I entered apartment instead of a normal living room with a couch I saw an office! There was a workspace with computers and personal items of workers. When a lady came after I wrote that I can’t find air con controller I complained that I don’t want to live in the office, but all she said was that “This apartment is even more interesting! It’s unique”and then said there were no other rooms available. I came for a vacation to get rest from work, did they really expect that I would appreciate living in the office? After I contacted Trip they finally told me to go to another room, but all this process cost me 4 hours and also I had to pack my things and move them to another room in another tower all by myself … another room was fine, at least it was possible to live there, but the floor was quite dirty, beds were very stiff and we got back pains in a couple of days, and even though there are air cons in every room it’s still not enough air on the second floor. Also they would come to take out the rubbish only if you personally contact them, if you don’t ask for cleaning they won’t come. Beach is very far, on the map it seems close but in reality it takes 30 minutes walk. The apartment would be okay if they cared more about customers and changed beddings, hope my review will help them make changes.
