The environment is good and clean. The lady is always willing to help me watch TV when I can't turn on the TV. She does whatever I ask her to do. It's very good and the room is very clean. I extended my stay. I like this place very much. I will come again next time. The transportation is also very convenient. The lady at the front desk is warm and cute! She will ask me if I have a happy May Day even after the May Day holiday.

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. It has hot springs, a swimming pool, a kids' club, a business center, and a gym. Parking and EV charging are super convenient, and it's only about a twenty-minute drive from the duty-free shop. The breakfast is quite extensive, and both the service and facilities are excellent. The staff are also very attentive. For Haikou, it's considered a large hotel, and even when busy, everything runs smoothly, showcasing that classic established brand style. You can also order lunch and dinner, and there's afternoon tea at the lobby bar, making it a hotel that can satisfy the whole family. 👍 If I had to pick one thing, an upgrade to the laundry room would make it even better. Overall, it's highly recommended! 👍

Booked two rooms. When I arrived at the front desk, I told the guy at the front desk that I must arrange a soundproof room, but I didn't upgrade the room, wasting my points in Ctrip. There was a smell of cigarettes when I entered the room, and I felt bad immediately. I went downstairs and asked the front desk to change the room. They were very active but didn't apologize. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could arrange a room without the smell of cigarettes. The reply was no guarantee! No guarantee! Why do you write ”no smoking” on Ctrip? It's a serious false propaganda. After changing to a new room, there was still a smell, probably the smell of the new decoration. Because my friend was in a hurry and didn't want to change hotels, we just rested there. In the middle of the night, I found that the air conditioning adjustment system was very light and couldn't be turned off. In addition, children under 6 years old have to pay extra for breakfast. If you don't have high requirements, you can stay. I can only give a medium review.

This was my second stay here and it was great! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were friendly too. The room was comfortable and spacious. They offer complimentary American coffee and a late-night snack, and the breakfast spread is varied and abundant. It's about a 15-minute drive from the new seaport and duty-free shops, and there's plenty of parking. For anyone heading off the island for shopping, staying at this hotel is really convenient and a great choice. It'll definitely be my top pick for my next island visit! 😆

The hotel environment is really good and very clean. It's highly recommended. The price is great, and the front desk service is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. For this price, it's definitely worth it. We'll come back again if we have the chance. Seriously, highly recommended!

A nice stay for the family, near to the beach. Breakfast is not that good for the price. If you want a comfortable stay then definitely stay here.

The ship arrived at the port at night, and the hotel was only a few minutes' drive away. There was a charging station at the door of the hotel. I chose a parent-child room with my children. The room facilities were very baby-friendly, with a low washbasin, toilet rack, and children's toiletries. The room was quiet and I had a good rest at night. The breakfast was also rich. It was a good stay experience.

Opened in September 2025. The new hotel facilities and equipment are comfortable to look at. The amenities are the same as all Holidayinnexpress hotels. I felt taken care of throughout my stay. They greeted me and proactively asked about my needs during breakfast. The complimentary breakfast had a wide selection, including a freshly cooked noodle station and egg dishes. Mr. Liang and Ms. Liang at the front desk demonstrated an unusual level of service. I felt very cared for. I really liked the balcony in my room; the breeze was very pleasant this season. The toilet seat was heated, and the TV screen mirroring was easy to use. Finally, a memorable service gesture: they even gave me a custom-made small bag when they saw I had trouble getting my clothes to leave.
