It's incredibly rare to find a hotel, even newly opened ones, in Hainan where neither the rooms nor the hallways have any strange odors, which is a huge relief for someone with a sensitive nose like me. Furthermore, the hotel's attention to detail is excellent, making guests feel very comfortable. There are relaxation areas everywhere, and even at breakfast, the auntie cooking noodles uses a tray under the bowl – it's clear the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. My only regret this time was not being able to get a room upgrade due to the New Year's Day holiday rush. I hope to have the chance to experience other room types in the future.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, handling check-in efficiently. They were happy to answer all questions and proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing local flavors with international classics, leaving me very satisfied. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

The decor is very tasteful, and the hotel is easy to find. It has an 8-story smart parking garage and convenient transportation. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. The front desk staff are very pleasant, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean, and the facilities were complete. I especially loved their hot spring shower water; it absolutely deserves praise. I usually have trouble sleeping, but after showering with the hot spring water, I felt completely relaxed and fell asleep easily. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, except that it got a bit crowded during breakfast. The room was well-insulated. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff are very professional. However, there was a male staff member outdoors who seemed quite distracted while directing cars, causing my car to be unable to enter the garage for two consecutive days. Haikou Langju Hotel has a free parking lot. Guests staying at the hotel can park in the adjacent Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel's parking lot. If you need to exit, you'll have to get a free parking voucher from your hotel's front desk. There's a 24-hour time limit, so just keep an eye on the clock when scanning. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful during check-in, patiently answering all our questions. After completing the formalities, she guided us to our room, explaining that after walking about two meters forward and turning right, the elevator would be on our left, about three meters away. There are also indicator lights on the floor, though you might not notice them at first. After inserting the key card into the room, Xiaodu (the smart assistant) welcomed us to the hotel – it's quite smart! The room style is minimalist and very spacious, easily meeting our needs. It was exactly what I expected from a hotel. The room was clean, no strange odors, and the hotel breakfast was delicious too. Great value for money!

Wow, this hotel really blew me away! The English-style light luxury room has amazing character, and the city view of Haikou from the floor-toceiling windows is absolutely stunning. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The Cantonese dim sum at Tang Court on the 43rd floor is unbelievably fresh – the black truffle shrimp dumplings and roasted pigeon were both delicious. Enjoying them while overlooking the sea view was so delightful. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service was attentive and thorough, even down to the smallest details. I fell completely in love with it after just one stay! The hotel's executive lounge, The Langham Club, is on the 42nd floor, offering an excellent vantage point for viewing Century Bridge. And the Sky Lobby, located on the top floor of the building, truly lives up to its reputation for having the best view in Haikou!
