## Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and check-in was quick. The housekeeping staff was friendly; upon seeing I had a child with me, they proactively offered extra children's slippers and toiletries. ## Room: The room was more spacious than expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was fast and consistent. ## Other: The hotel's location is convenient, and the local specialty noodles at breakfast were delicious.

Located near the old town however the surrounding is a bit quiet with not much things to do or shop except for restaurants. Hotel rooms design to be minimalist and simple, yet spacious and very clean with needed accessories, not to mention a big 75” tv, there is a big laundry room near the counter. Hotel breakfast was limited and simple local dishes, there is a 'coffee shop/food court' entrance link to the hotel. Will likely stay with JI hotel in other part of China in future.

The hotel is well-situated, about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, which made getting around for business very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are quite new. For breakfast, they even offer Hainanese rice noodles. Right opposite the hotel, there's a local market, and a Wenchang Chicken restaurant is also conveniently located for meals. I had initially booked two nights for business, but finished my errands earlier than planned. After communicating with the hotel via Ctrip, they were very accommodating and promptly refunded one night's fee. Excellent service!

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk and cleaning staff provided excellent service! Breakfast and a laundry room were available, which was very convenient and offered great value for money. The rooms were all smart-controlled, giving them a high-tech feel.

An excellent experience. From the room size, facilities, complimentary drinks, and cleanliness, it's virtually indistinguishable from a five-star hotel. The front desk service is up to standard. The only minor drawback is that Haikou is humid, and there are no ventilation windows in the hallways, leading to a slight odor. A short walk away, there's a farmers' market with local specialty foods. I didn't take photos of the room, but I did snap some pics of the unique 'fly restaurants' (local eateries).

The hotel is quietly located near several malls, mainly focused on fashion and mobile phones. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as a large supermarket. Directly across the road is People’s Park, which is perfect for a walk and allows you to reach Haikou’s old town in under 30 minutes on foot. Breakfast is well worth the extra cost, and the staff in all departments are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They truly went out of their way to answer our questions and assist us whenever needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good bed, quality pillows, and an excellent shower. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and it was completely free of any smoke smell. Although there was an ashtray in the room, this seems to be quite common in China, even in non-smoking accommodations, and seen elsewhere as well. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's overall facilities and environment are good, but it's the personalized service, exemplified by Zhi Zhi, that truly elevates the stay experience. She not only fulfilled her job duties but also made guests feel valued through her keen observation and proactive care. This level of service is highly commendable. Her service perfectly embodies the feeling of 'home away from home.' Also, a suggestion for improvement: the hotel's scent is a bit too strong; a more subtle fragrance would be more appropriate!

You can easily get there right after your flight, saving both time and effort! And behind it is the Riyue Plaza food street – foodies, your culinary feast is about to begin! 🍔🍜 🚲Just a 1.5 km bike ride takes you to the city's largest offshore duty-free shop. Shopaholics, are you ready? The duty-free shop is packed with so many amazing goods, even Apple and Huawei phones! This time, you can shop till you drop! 🛍️💸 🛌The hotel itself receives rave reviews! The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. You can even switch rooms if you're not satisfied; the hygiene is impeccable, with clean and tidy rooms that put you in a good mood. The natural hot spring in the room offers the ultimate private bath experience; the hotel's scenery is also stunningly beautiful, with every corner being a great spot for photos! 📸🌿 🚗Transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach both the city center and surrounding attractions. This trip to Haikou was made even more perfect with the Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel! 🌟 This is my second stay at this hotel, and I believe I won't be disappointed next time either!

This hotel is quite good, and the surrounding area is nice. It's also relatively close to Qilou Old Street. The breakfast area has a pleasant ambiance, and they offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The room was clean, and the facilities were excellent, including a mini-fridge and a TV around 70 inches. Everything was well-equipped. The service was very thoughtful, and I had a very satisfying stay.
