I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The comfortable experience exceeded expectations, and the details and service were perfect! This time I stayed at Atour Hotel Haidian Island, Haikou City, and it was my first time to choose Atour. From entering the lobby to checking out, I felt the meticulous service and high-quality facilities throughout the whole process. It can be called the ”ideal habitat” during the journey. Service: The front desk staff Ou Yi is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the service response is quick. Some temporary needs can be solved in a timely manner, which makes people feel at ease. When Ouyi heard that we wanted to buy a pillow, he provided me with purchasing methods and discounts, which was great! facility: 1. Guest rooms that are both intelligent and comfortable. The room is simple and cozy, equipped with high-quality bedding (I personally tested the mattress to find it just the right hardness and softness, and all my fatigue disappears instantly when I lie down!), the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and induction lighting system are full of technology and provide a perfect experience. 2. Abundant public facilities. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room, which are well-equipped and clean, especially suitable for business travelers; the book bar area is quiet and provides free borrowing services. You can read a book in your spare time and enjoy the atmosphere. Dining experience: The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles. There are both Hainan specialty noodles and Western bread salads. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is online. Although we didn't dine at the hotel when we went to Dad's Tea, when we received the free coffee in the restaurant, we thought we could definitely choose to dine at the hotel next time. Atour Hotel perfectly combines oriental aesthetics with modern convenience. From environmentally friendly decoration (such as natural bamboo and wood fiber materials) to humanized service, all of them reflect the brand's emphasis on user experience. Whether it is a business trip or a relaxing vacation, this is a high-quality choice that you cannot miss in Haidian Island!

I visited Haikou with friends during the National Day holiday and met the hospitable and lovely landlady on the very first day. She treated us to drinks and delicious food. We all chatted and had a great time :D The landlady is beautiful and kind, and her sister is also very pretty and cheerful. Both are very talkative and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic stay! The rooms have private bathrooms, and the dorm beds have curtains for privacy. Everyone was warm and interesting, and I met some lovely fellow travelers. The location is also excellent. You can walk to Haida Night Market, and there are many restaurants offering delicious food and a wide variety of goods. Taxis are easy to catch, and if you walk a bit further from the entrance, there's a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to visit! The best Banana (referring to the hostel name)! It's a pity I didn't take many photos. So, I'll just show the character '好' (good) that I left behind while playing games with a cute little girl I met at Banana, and the delicious meal made by an amazing young lady from Chongqing, haha. Words can't fully express how wonderful Banana is; everyone should come and experience it for themselves!

The front desk kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, with a great wet/dry separation design that was very convenient to use. The room also had a dehumidifier running constantly, so there were no unpleasant odors whatsoever. From the hardware facilities to the soft furnishings, you can really tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into everything. Excellent value for money!

This place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror. I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free. Special thanks to 1) the Front Desk staff. All of them. 2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day. On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks. It was a wonderful experience staying with children! The room was spacious, the beds could be joined together, allowing the children to move freely, and the cleanliness was reassuring. The bathroom had a complete dry and wet separation, and hot water was available immediately. The 009 front desk lady was very kind and even helped with printing things. She also thoughtfully provided children's toiletries. The breakfast selection was extensive, combining Chinese and Western food, satisfying the whole family. Parking was convenient, making it a worry-free experience for those traveling by car. Overall, it was a great value and highly recommended for families with children.

We stayed here for 4 nights in total because we needed quick access to the Haikou People’s Hospital. The room itself is very comfortable. Everything worked (except for the TV, but it was not something we cared much about). The front desk staff was helpful, supported me with every question I had. The self-service laundry area is a big plus.

I've stayed here twice, and both times the front desk service during check-in was very poor. The executive lounge service was a hit or miss, and there was one female staff member whose attitude was exceptionally bad (I forgot her name, but everyone should avoid her). However, I must commend the housekeeping staff. They were incredibly meticulous, even helping me hang my freshly washed clothes on the balcony, carefully laying them out one by one with towels underneath. I was deeply touched. A special shout-out to Chen Shanghong; with such dedication, you're bound to succeed wherever you go! 👍

The room was nice, simple and comfortable. Because it had just opened, the hotel front desk staff specifically informed us and took us to choose a room. The service was particularly thoughtful and meticulous, and they even gave the child a car 🚙. Although it was a child, they were not perfunctory. What is even more worth recommending is the hotel’s breakfast, which has a wide variety and is nutritious. The little ones are the happiest. There are his favorite juices, yogurts and milk. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience staying in the hotel. After checking out, my son told me that if he stayed in a hotel next time, he would come here again.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor. Plus, with late-night supper spots and BBQ joints nearby, you don't have to go far if you're craving a midnight snack. When we checked out, the front desk even helped us call a taxi, and the bellhop proactively loaded our suitcases into the car. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this hotel is absolutely worth another stay. I've already recommended it to my friends!
