Metropolo Classiq Properties in Haikou

The hotel receptionist, Xiao Zhu, was very welcoming. The hotel is located right by the roadside, making it easy to find. It's also next to the school—just a few steps outside. Transportation is convenient, and there are breakfast shops and convenience stores nearby. Taking a taxi is also easy. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a service robot downstairs and self-service fruit tea. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

## Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and check-in was quick. The housekeeping staff was friendly; upon seeing I had a child with me, they proactively offered extra children's slippers and toiletries. ## Room: The room was more spacious than expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was fast and consistent. ## Other: The hotel's location is convenient, and the local specialty noodles at breakfast were delicious.
