Spacious roosm, very good amenities, fast check-in/out, friendly staff.

It was a bit complicated, as it was far from the city center and involved crossing unpaved land on the way to the entrance. The facilities were clean and excellent.

The rooms and bathrooms are somewhat worn out.

Very good hotel, great value for money in the off-season.

The hotel is considered to be a 5star hotel but doesn’t match this standard at all (neither internationally nor compared to other 5 star hotels in Saudi Arabia.)The rooms are ok and clean. The staff in the restaurant was very kind and helpful but the atmosphere was cold and the food comparable to fast food restaurants. The heating of our room did not work. We had to go down to the reception as the telephone did not work, either. The room temperature was 14C! The technician promised after his intervention that the room will now heat up. We then went for dinner and when we returned the room was still cold. We then changed the room where the heating was working. Nobody said a word of excuse. Things can go wrong but it’s the way how it’s dealt with which shows that the hotel lacks professional management.

Excellent hotel with very good facilities, very nice room, staff very friendly, good restaurant with a huge range of choice,... Also for business and meeting, one of the best meeting rooms I had, with a good selection of snack and coffee and teas. I liked the opportunity of buying craft accessories and objects, very nice photos from the country on display also.

Amazing place, the rooms are big and clean. We’ve been right there with my colleagues, such a good place. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially the pool, the gym, the gentlemen from the hotel. Very kind, very polite. It’s an 10/10 for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Hail Millennium Hotel! The location is ideal for exploring Hail, and the amenities were excellent. Efren, our waiter, provided exceptional service, making every meal a memorable experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to help, which truly enhanced our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering comfort after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend staying at Hail Millennium Hotel for its fantastic service, great atmosphere, and ideal location. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Hail!

Efren has been very helpful and so kind. All team at reception very hospitable. The area is really beautiful, mineral , and we had a chance to get a great rainfall with lightning. Room very comfortable and spacious . Thanks again to the team to have made the stay comfortable !

The place is good and the service is excellent. especially jimmy he is so polite and very approachable. He assisted me during my stay there. His service is top tier. God bless you Jimmy. More like you Jimmy. The stay will be more relax if staff is very committed in their work.

The hotel is very nice and very clean and the service is absolutely awesome and the waiter jimmy is very good at doing his job he never fails delivering our orders and he always have a wide and happy smile on his face everytime we see him and i hope i can visit on the hotel again..
