Uvnitř budovy jsme si objednali nápoje u prvního číšníka a ihned jsme zaplatili a šli si sednout ven na terasu. Za krátkou chvíli přišel druhý číšník a chtěl po nás zaplatit. Bohužel jsme neměli účtenku a přes dohadování a aroganci číšníka jsme byli nuceni zaplatit podruhé. Očekávali jsme, že nám vrátí peníze na zpět, dlouho se však nevracel, tak jsme šli dovnitř a hádali se, že chceme vrátit těch 100 Kč. Obsluha byla arogantní, nepříjemná, nikdy víc! Inside the building, we ordered drinks from the first waiter and immediately paid and went to sit outside on the terrace. In a short time a second waiter came and wanted to pay for us. Unfortunately, we did not have a receipt and despite the waiter's arguing, we were forced to pay a second time. We expected him to return the money back, but he didn't come back for a long time, so we went inside and argued that we wanted to return the 100 Crowns. The staff was arrogant, unpleasant, never again!

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights it was just so homey & cute. The restaurant inside the hotel has the most delicious food. The cuts of meat are just exquisite and cooked to perfection. They have a lovely wine selection and the staff are very nice especially and most particularly Oldrich who gave us some amazing recommendations for the wine and food but he made us feel so welcome he was so friendly and kind to us & it was such a lovely experience. The restaurant has such a chilled out atmosphere. Highly recommend.
