The hotel has an excellent view, and the room and breakfast meet expectations. The staff are very friendly. I would change the personal hygiene products to better ones, and the same goes for the towels.

I loved the room with a bay view; choose it if it's available! Incredibly beautiful! The room with a partial view that we moved to later wasn't great. There's a cozy and beautiful rooftop on the 5th floor with a great view and a warm atmosphere! Everything is done with soul! And it's clear the whole hotel was made with heart! Breakfast isn't amazing, but for the price and quality, everything else is excellent! Next to the hotel is a pier where bay excursions depart. We walked to the center easily and quickly. If you follow the street from the hotel towards the center, there's an excellent restaurant at the crossroads with delicious food and reasonable prices (various cuisines). We booked a bay excursion, bus tickets to Sapa, and a motorbike through the hotel, and everything was great! Thank you!

The hotel has a superb view, the staff are friendly, and it's good value for money. We were also able to rent a scooter for 150k/day. The room is large and clean. The hotel is a bit out of the way and is a 15-minute walk from the city center (we preferred to take the scooter), but very close to the dock for boat trips. I highly recommend it.

Thank you for your hospitality! The staff was very friendly. 😊 The only issue with the room was the noisy, creaking bed. The mattress was too hard for us, making it hard to sleep. We were upgraded, thank you so much for your understanding. 🤝 The bed in the second room also creaked, but less and was more comfortable. The view from the window is certainly charming; there's not much traffic in front of the hotel.

Just a wonderful place, new hotel, great view! We had a room with one window directly on the cliff, and the other window with a view of the water and ships!!! The room has everything you need, even a safe! Billiards in the lobby. Breakfasts are excellent, hearty. On the fifth floor there is an exit to the roof with a relaxation area, tables and soft pillows, you can sit, eat, chat! The service is excellent, everyone is polite and cultured! 👍 I recommend!!!!
