I'm extremely disappointed that I paid nearly 3 million VND per night for a tiny room, even though I booked three rooms at the same price. The room was scorching hot, like a furnace, and it took 5 hours of air conditioning to cool down. The hallway and elevator were unair-conditioned in the sweltering summer heat. The bathroom faucets were covered in limescale and looked dirty. And I've never seen a hotel charge such a high fee for the swimming pool in Tower 1 of Flamingo. This is my first and last time. Everyone should be careful when booking, as the real Flamingo only has Towers 2 and 3. Tower 1 is privately owned and operated by an outside company that bought the Flamingo brand and then offers terrible service. I feel like I've been scammed.
