Wonderful hotel! Old charm, beautiful lounge and garden, very comfortable rooms, best breakfast we have had in Vietnam and excellent service. Spécial thanks to Van Anh and Luang who were incredibly helpful.

Nice hotel renovated with traditional features evoking a French past. Could have had more srle toon for breakfast, we arrived gor breakfast with 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and there was almost no fruit and no cold cuts and cheese so an improvement there would be an advantage

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel with good breakfast, clean room, easy location and friendly staffs, especially Thomas. Will be back again soon. Things to improve are tv and bed 😊

Hygiene: The wash basin was not clean and had stains. The slippers were not disposable and felt unhygienic. The TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. I thought it was daybreak and woke up, which delayed me for several hours.

Some people at the front desk can speak English, but no one can speak Chinese or Japanese. The tea stall opposite downstairs is very good, the locals are very friendly, and it provides delicious nhan chan. It is worth a try.
