Hotel located at another side of main street of JR station, for around 5-10 minutes walk.
It is a typical business-style like in Japan, offering good space with budget prices.
Although it does not provide plentiful facilities, you can still find essentials like washing machine, vending machine, breakfast services, also you can have free hot tea and coffee for free at the lobby floor anytime!
The staffs are kind and helpful, thanks for the favourable services provided!

Located right next to Hakodate Station, the transportation is incredibly convenient. It's a typical Japanese business hotel – clean and tidy. It's also very close to both main seafood markets and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Great value for money!

Great value, clean, and affordable. The location is a bit awkward, making walks uncomfortable in strong winds. However, the price-performance ratio is excellent, a real bargain! There aren't many staff, but they all seem very dedicated. Thumbs up!

The environment here is excellent, on par with chain hotels like Toyoko Inn. I feel that most Japanese hotels under 500 yen are pretty similar: small single beds and integrated bathrooms. The price is good; a comparable hotel in Tokyo would cost around 400-500 yen.

Stayed here several times. Less than ten minutes walking to Hakodate station. Efficient and friendly check-in staff. When I lost something in the laundry, one of the staff members held it for a few days and then rang me to notify me, and bringing it up to my room. Wonderful service. Rooms are clean and big enough for a couple.

A quaint, old-style inn with breakfast included. The gentleman who runs the place (I assume he's the owner) wears many hats – he handles check-ins, check-outs, cleans the dining area, and clears dishes. He's an incredibly dedicated and hardworking man. His service was truly excellent.

Firstly, it's quite a walk from Hakodate Station. Although it might not look far on the map, it's fairly isolated and away from the main bustling areas. We arrived at night, dragging our luggage, and the route became progressively darker. After passing a gas station, we found it – a small building right next to a car park.
Secondly, both the rooms and the front desk are located on the second floor. The front desk is quite small and shares its space with the restaurant.
The room itself was decent; while compact, it had everything we needed. However, the price felt high compared to what standard hotels offer.
Next time I go to Nihonbashi, I'll definitely avoid weekends, otherwise, even capsule hotel prices will be through the roof.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. Its location is fantastic, being very close to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and just a stone's throw from the main commercial street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even accidentally lost our room key, and when we informed them, they didn't charge us and promptly provided a new one without any fuss. If we ever return to Hakodate, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money. However, there aren't many convenience stores in the vicinity, so you'll need to walk a little for any purchases.

Hakodate is one of the main cities on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island. Looming over the town is 334m-high Mount Hakodate. The mountain's summit, reachable by aerial ropeway gondola, offers dramatic nighttime views. At its base is Motomachi, a neighborhood of steep streets with Western-style, early-20th-century buildings. A city landmark is the grand Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward, built in 1910.

That was my second time to stay there. Based on cleanliness, location, price and service. I would give them 10/10. Hotel All Stay In is my first choice. Definitely, I would be a return customer again if I have an opportunity. Highly recommended. 10/10
