The breakfast, dinner, and hot springs were absolutely wonderful! I want to go again. Hakodate is the best!!!!!

The hotel's location is convenient. While there's no particular view, there's a small balcony. The room is also quite spacious. For this price, it includes a dinner buffet and a breakfast buffet, both of which are excellent quality with a good variety of choices. This offers extremely high value for money.

The food was good, and the hot springs and sauna were great.

The meals at this unexpected stay in Hakodate were outstanding, and I was truly moved by the receptionist’s fluent English – a rare experience in Japan. Thanks to their helpful guidance, I had a comfortable and relaxing time.

I hv requested a king size bed when I booked 6weeks in advanced my stay but they didnt give me a king size bed. The room is tiny with a corridor and separated shower area and toilet. I feel the room design is not efficient and uses up many space which doesnt allow guests to open the luggage. Onsen was good. Their water makes the skin soft and smooth. Because of its hotel capacity there are many guests and onsen area is quite crowded. Breakfast was excellent but they close shape at 9am. You are requested to hv breakfast at either 7am or 8am. That is too early for me. In general nice stay but could hv been better.

Great hospitality. Dinner and breakfast buffet at the hotel offers great variety. There is also the option to make your own cotton candy during dinner.

Good hotel with many many ships nearby. But the hotel is too dark for family stay.

It was the best. The public bath was really nice. I also recommend the breakfast. But the location is a bit questionable. I think Goryugaku or Hakodate Station would be better.

The food is good, it's clean, and there's an open-air bath. In fact, everything is good except for the location.

It was a Western-style room with a balcony, a view of the ocean in the distance, and a pleasant breeze from outside. I chose the two-meal plan, and the variety, presentation, and quality of both dinner and breakfast were so good that I wanted to try a little bit of everything. I'd definitely like to return. The large public bath was smaller than I expected, and the steam sauna I was looking forward to was out of order, so I couldn't use it, but they did provide ice cream and haskap water for after my bath, which were delicious. There were only two elevators, so it was sometimes difficult to use them during check-in and check-out. However, the elevators were on separate routes to the front desk, restaurant, and bath, so it was easy to get around. In the evening, I enjoyed playing table tennis (1,100 yen per hour).

We arrived around 12 o'clock. There's hardly anything around Yunokawa Onsen, so it was hard to kill time just by soaking our feet in the footbath. We returned to the hotel around 1:30 pm and waited in the lobby until around 2:30 pm. We were told our room was ready, so we were able to check in early. The room was just as we expected, with about 3 tatami mats in size. The hot springs had a silky bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, so we were able to enjoy them to the fullest. There was ice cream and a drink after the bath, which was nice. As for food, the evening buffet had a lot of desserts, so we ended up eating too much. It was a bit lonely in the morning compared to the evening. Overall, it was good.
