The hotel's location is quite good, close to both Hakodate Station and the airport. You can walk to the station, and a taxi to the airport isn't overly expensive. However, I'm not sure why all the hotels were fully booked in early May. I stayed for two days but had to book different room types. The front desk surprisingly said they couldn't arrange for me to stay in the same room. This meant checking out at 11 AM the day before, leaving my luggage at the front desk, going out for four hours, and then returning to the hotel at 3 PM to check in again, which was quite inconvenient. The facilities are a bit old, and there was a damp smell in the hallway. However, the toiletries were all Pola, which was a pleasant surprise. But the hotel didn't offer complimentary bottled water, so I had to buy it from a convenience store or vending machine outside.

This hotel is in such a remote location, you wouldn't see a soul on the way back, not even if you were sweeping with a machine gun. The hotel is super old and has an industrial vibe. The toilet even had a 'National' brand, I wonder how old it is. Just look at the AC controller in picture three, I literally laughed out loud. The hotel staff were also a bit impatient.

A bit distance to walk from station. Even if u take a tram, still walk a small distance. Because is winter time, I have hard time walking the icy water. Hotel is good, Very big room, nice. Very spacious. Can leave my luggage open on floor completely. Got a window but CANNOT open. Upon entering room, there is a special cupboard to put down staff. Shown in photo, where my luggage is. Oven is stated at certain floor, vending machine and laundry all at different floor. Lobby has a lot thing to pass time, since it's raining and snow at the same time. But I can't read Japanese comic.

The room was quite spacious. Aside from feeling a bit dim, everything else was pretty good. It seems there's a microwave on every floor, which is very convenient. However, it's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but there's a McDonald's nearby.

The breakfast was wonderful, and they even offered a complimentary ramen supper from 10pm onwards. The location isn’t ideal, as it’s about 1 km from the morning market. Overall, considering the room rate, there’s really nothing to complain about.

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is also decent. The room felt like a guesthouse from 30 years ago, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast buffet was good.

Everything is good. The location is great near family mart. Just 5mins walk and 15 mins walk to market and train station

Beyond expectations! I booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The fresh, all-you-can-eat seafood was absolutely amazing. The only minor drawbacks were its distance from the station and the quiet surroundings. We visited during the off-season, and the streets were quite deserted when we walked back to the hotel at night.

Great value for money. It's close to the beach, and there are good restaurants nearby. Overall, if you don't have super high expectations, it's a very good value hotel. I especially loved the hotel breakfast; it was so delicious!

About 10mins walk from Hakodate Station, a bit quiet. Good breakfast and Good experience.

Bit far from the JR station but still worth it. Love the freebies - coffee and salted ramen!

Pros: The twin room was roomy, provided the welcome drink with lots of choices (coffee, coke, soda, and wine) and even free ramen between 22:00-24:00. Staff in front desk was friendly . Cons: at least 10 mins walk to Hakodate station. I ordered non smoking room but still had unpleasant smell (luckily, window can be opened）and the room was not so clean at all.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but they offer complimentary late-night noodles, and you can also book table tennis. The breakfast was particularly excellent and high-quality, allowing you to make your own seafood donburi.
