The room is big and clean, but there are not many choices for dining

The facilities are quite new. The Taisho and Heisei style hot springs have their own characteristics. This time I stayed in a Taisho style room. I hope I can stay in a Heisei style room next time. The sea view out the window is pretty good, after all, it's still a short distance from the sea. The only dissatisfaction is that the air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted. It is very stuffy inside without opening the window. I even had to take off my clothes to sleep. No matter how cold it is outside, the right to adjust the indoor temperature should be given to the guests. How does everyone feel about the temperature? Not the same

It's very close to the airport and the staff can help arrange taxis. The only pity is that the buffet dinner was changed to a set menu.

I stayed in the "Taisho Roman" type, which is a twin room with a bath on the executive floor. It was 67 square meters, but it was just a big room with very little furniture. The TV in the living room was small. The morning newspaper service and the free drink service in the refrigerator were good. Executive floor guests were able to enjoy wine and sweets at the Ginza Ken Lounge from 15:00. There were a lot of solid cakes, and it was close to dinner time, so it was a pity that I couldn't fully enjoy it with the dinner plan. The bathroom in the room was spacious and comfortable. The large public bath was elaborately built, but it was a pity that it felt like a closed space without windows. I was able to use the outdoor open-air bath of "Yumoto Takubokutei," which is affiliated with the hotel next door, so I used that. For dinner, I enjoyed a Western-style course meal at Hakodate Ginzaken, which is rare for a hot spring inn. The breakfast buffet was disappointing due to the lack of items. Regarding the front desk, the service level was felt to be low.・We did not receive any response to our previous email inquiry.・When I tried to inquire by phone, I was surprised by the charged navigation dial.

The whole place was stylish, clean, and had a great atmosphere. Also, the room was spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely like to go again!

The employees were bright and pleasant customer service.
