Very Good

It is a very good ryokan. The staff were nice and helpful. They explained every rule about onsen, futons, dinner and breakfast. The room is spacious and has nice views on the green trees and rooftops. The outdoor onsen is brilliant. It is mixed-gender and you have to go there completely naked. They have women-only hour for outdoor onsen, so it is comfortable for those who are shy. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good. Variety and style are top. Ryokan has quite location and you it's possible to get there by foot, it's uphill tho.

It's an amazing place for great price! Staff is very lovely and welcoming, rooms are clean and nicely orginized, onsen is on smaller side but very neat. It's located very close to Hakone station as well. Highly recommend to try it at least once!

Super cute onsen hotel. In room dinner service was fabulous. The open air bath was gorgeous. The hotel was nice and quiet at convenient location. 5 stars!

Very helpful and polite staff. The hotel feels really authentic. Highly recommend travellers for family (even with baby and kids) and ppl who would like to enjoy the jap culture Please opt for meals as the restaurant in that city closes pretty early (6pm)

It was a great place for travel. Onsen(온천), food, and the hospitality were wonderful. The room was traditional Japanese style and the dinner and breakfast were served in disciplined manner. I really enjoyed the nature of Hakone and the ryokan with onsen. Hope to travel the area again!

The service is very nice. Public onsen is good too. Just a bit far from station.

This is a wonderful hotel. The kaiseki dinner is full, about 20 dishes. The breakfast is similar. The pearl of the holiday is the open-air onsen, surrounded by greenery. The onsen is combined. The changing rooms for men and women are separate, and there is one outdoor bath. They provide towels to wrap yourself in. There is also a private onsen - a mini bath. It is rented for 30 minutes, free of charge. There is a coffee machine, free of charge. The building itself is gorgeous, wooden. The staff tries their best to please in everything. To help. Excessively.

It was my first time staying at a ryokan, and it was as satisfying as I expected. All the staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. There was an outdoor hot spring, but it was a little burdensome because it was a mixed bath... haha In addition, you can use the private outdoor bath for 30 minutes, but it was a pity that I couldn't use it due to my mistake. Personally, the facilities were not bad for an old one. However, it was a pity that the location was difficult because you had to go up a lot of hills, and it was very difficult to get to the convenience store. On the day of check-out, I was able to take a shuttle bus to Hakone-Yumoto Station, which was very convenient. Overall, I think it was a satisfactory experience.

The hotel is some distance from Hakone Yumoto, and you need to take a bus to get there. It is a traditional Japanese-style suite with no elevator. Although the place is old, it is clean and tidy, and there is a faint hint of ancient Japanese flavor.

There were very few reviews of this hotel on all major platforms. I decided on this hotel with some trepidation, but I was quite satisfied when I arrived at the hotel. Except that the hot spring is a bit small (I think other hotels are very expensive and the hot spring may be bigger, I don't know without comparing). I'm very satisfied with the food, service, and everything else.

It was a little difficult to get there, but the atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. I think it would be better to go there by car!
