Clean and spacious room. Also clean and convenient onsen on the ground floor. It’s 3-minute on foot to the bus station and surrounded by many cafe and restaurants although many are closed during off-peak season. Shoutout to Tim who provide a lot of helpful information about where to eat and what to do on a rainy day. We had a pleasant time during our stay.

大浴場、サウナも非常に良いです。水風呂がもう少し冷たいと最高。
近隣にレストランも多数あり、便利な立地です。

チェックインが22:00以降は自分でナンバーを押してホテルに入り、フロントにカードキーが置いてあるスタイル。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、快適でした。朝ごはんは量がとても多くて食べきれないほどでした！

雪季價格挺貴的。大床房5000+，加梳化床是加300多。這個酒店標的是四星，但是用谷歌搜尋標註的是三星。不是日本本地人經營，衞生環境真的很一般，大浴場地上粘粘的，泡池裡有漂浮的頭髮，毛巾被扔的到處都是。房間用的地毯，但是吸塵不徹底，粉塵過敏還得戴着口罩，打開凈化器才能舒服點。早餐全是歐式的，沒有一點日式湯之類的，冷食為主。本來想用烘乾機的，結果一進去滿地襪子，烘乾機裏都是黑毛。接站那天也是承諾15分鐘到，結果等了30分鐘，再次打電話才説，路上有其他事耽誤了。不推薦，如果想來白馬建議定其他酒店。

特別方便，門口就是雪具店，一公里就是八方雪場，附近吃的也不少。但是酒店的飯實在是太難吃了，而且沒有浴缸。

酒店離白馬八方站步行5分鐘，酒店有巴士可以隨時用，設施打了4.5分是因為酒店的冰箱聲音真的是有點吵啊，我算是睡眠比較深的了，但是也在半夜被冰箱聲音吵醒了。其他都很好的，步行能到羅森，因為是十一去的，很多店都沒有開門，但是可以預見滑雪季人會有多少。
