It was a very comfortable stay. The room was especially clean, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It was only a one-night stay, but it was a great experience, especially when combined with the various experiences I had in Hakuba. The only thing I noticed was that the shower water made a big mess on the bathroom floor, even though it was a twin room. If I have the chance to return, I'd like to have dinner there as well.

The room is spacious, with ample light and a view of the mountains from the windows. The facilities are complete and the cleanliness is first-class. The high-end washer-dryer is especially impressive. It solves the big problem of washing clothes in the summer and makes travel more comfortable. The machine washes and dries clothes perfectly, leaving them flat and no ironing required. I'm very satisfied.

It was super easy to get to the ski resorts, the staff were really nice, and the food was delicious — especially the dishes made with local ingredients. The room was clean, and having a kitchen and a washing machine made it feel just like home — we were really comfortable during our stay.
