What a fantastic place and staff. We were very well welcomed, picked up by the staff from the bus terminal. They quickly showed us around the village and explained few things.. After a few days in Japan was good to communicate again in English. We were greeted in our room with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our room was absolutely fantastic, enough space for us and super cozy. Fully equipped. Everything in this place were thought and planned to make your stay absolutely unforgettable. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing friendly service from staff and lovely chalet! We were picked up from train station and dropped off at supermarket to get supplies. Chalet was stocked with nibbles, cereal and a bottle of red wine to enjoy. Had a drying room for ski gear and washing machine/ dryer. Wish we had longer to enjoy! Can't wait to get back

As a family of four with two kids, skiing for the first time, this was an excellent location. The chalets were perfectly appointed and comfortable. The wash and dryer were a bonus. The team here looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The communication before, during and after was excellent and they provided us with invaluable information for ski suppliers and getting around. To Sarah, Bellen and Joachim, thanks so much for everything. Loved it. Will be back and would absolutely recommend Zen Chalets.

We stayed in the Mitsu Chalet and it was perfect for our family getaway. The staff picked us up from the train station when we arrived and gave us a tour through Harpo-One on the way to the Chalet. They also did a complimentary trip to the grocery store on our first night so we could stock up for our stay. My husband got sick while we were away and the staff provided a care package of cold and flu medicine which was amazing. The chalet was amazing and the staff were even better. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous little chalet that felt quite spacious inside. Perfect for a family. Warm and cosy. All necessary amenities including lots of hot water. Easy access to the main lifts. 5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Mick and Sarah and staff were super helpful. 10 minute walk to the onsen. Highly recommend. Would definitely book again.
