The room was great, a semi-hostel setup. We stayed in a room with an en-suite toilet, while the shower rooms were communal. There was also a hot tub, which was amazing and so relaxing! The bathrooms were very clean. The house itself was quiet and private. Breakfast included cereal, boiled eggs, bananas, and coffee. The house is about a kilometer and a bit from Hakuba Station, easily walkable. It's surrounded by rice fields, making for a very pleasant atmosphere.

Even though the owner wasn't there, the staff were incredibly helpful. The food, cleanliness, beds, and shuttle service were all top-notch. It's a very stylish hotel! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time.

Lovely breakfast, helpful staff and spotlessly clean. Very quaint lodge and walkable distance from Echoland and the free shuttle bus stop. There was also a games room and snacks in the pantry. Plus points for the polaroid camera which guests are free to use 😊

The house is newly renovated and has a great ambiance. The garden is also meticulously designed, which I absolutely love! The surroundings of the house also have a very 'Studio Ghibli' feel. I'm very satisfied with the room facilities and cleanliness. What made us happiest was the warm and attentive service from our butler, Xiao Guo, and all the help she provided. I highly recommend this hotel; everyone can choose it with peace of mind!

We had an amazing 2N stay at Ringo Lodge! Room was ok size for 3 pax, service was great and breakfast was basic but decent. The place is well kept and easy to get to with a car. The only thing we needed to get used to was the shared toilet/shower arrangement. The shower was spacious and had an open air bath which was really nice, especially after a long day! There is only 1 toilet for each gender, toilet does not have a heater, so can be quite cold in Winter months.
