Very nice place to stay! We stayed here for 4 nights during our snow trip. Kettle and microwave available in the room. Provide free brekkie during your stay. Laundry facilities available (2 washing machine and 2 dryer) Onsen and locker room available however there's a charge for it (we paid 1200 yen for 2 people for 4 nights which is acceptable! )

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. There's a self-service UCC coffee machine in the lobby with free refills. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the large windows offered fantastic views of the snowy landscape. Our room was fully equipped for cooking, with a stove, sink, microwave, fridge, and kettle – everything you need to prepare your own dinner if you're on vacation. If you're driving, there's a large supermarket just a minute or two away. Plus, there's a hot spring bath, which is perfect for soaking away fatigue after skiing. They also offer free parking and ski equipment rental, which was both good quality and reasonably priced. If I ever visit Hakuba again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

Service in general is good, except manner of one young man who’s rude, while another westerner-looking gentleman is very helpful and nice!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at hotel hakuba. It was easy for us to access the neighbouring ski resorts using the free shuttle bus provided by the ski resorts. The breakfast had a good spread and an even better view. One negative feedback is that the beds in the double room is quite uncomfortable.

A no frills hotel though the location is quite good. Hotel staff was not very helpful when we were struggling with big luggages and they stood there watching us with smiles! 😂

Lovely place, it is very clean, super warm, the staff are very friendly and the buffet is very good. I would recommend dinner more than breakfast as they have more options then. BEWARE: While the rooms are advertised as “mountain view” and while you can see the mountain from the rooms, it is DEFINITELY NOT the same images that are advertised online. The photo below is the view from our window, and while it is cloudy, there’s a massive building and half a roof blocking our view. This means that not every room is mountain view, so book carefully.

The location and view is great. The room is very clean and well maintained. The beds are a bit on the harder side though.

Nice and clean Japanese style hotel. Good shuttle connectivity to various ski resorts, however need to hop on a taxi to restaurants/vibe.

I initially considered booking another hotel, but reviews suggested the dinners were all Western food and of mediocre quality. However, I stumbled upon Hotel Hakuba, and reviews praised its excellent breakfasts and dinners. Since we were staying in Hakuba for five nights, good food was crucial for us. I'm so glad I chose Hotel Hakuba. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, and there was a free shuttle service from the JR station. The hotel lounge area was beautifully decorated with flowers. The rooms were much larger than they appeared in the pictures. Dinner was incredibly lavish and delicious, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. There were free shuttle buses to all the tourist attractions. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is close to the JR station, Oide Park, and Snow Peak. There's also a large supermarket nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hakuba.

I have to give it 10 stars. The transportation is convenient, the environment is comfortable, the room is spacious, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The unique scenery was especially delightful, and I couldn't sleep. It's so beautiful, I'll stay here again next time.

Hakuba Village is a perfect place to escape the summer heat. The Hakuba Hotel is lovely, surrounded by flowers. I saw an elderly man meticulously tending the flowers, meticulously tending them. We took the free shuttle directly from Iwatake to the hotel. The lobby offers free coffee and a shop. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and the food was delicious and filling. We also enjoyed a hot spring bath in the evening and a morning coffee at Snowpeak. Then, we arranged for the hotel's free shuttle to take us to Hakuba Station and on to Matsumoto. The only downside was that we were given a room at the end of the hotel, which lacked a view.

It's a hotel with a good location, beautiful view from the room, delicious breakfast and dinner, and very good service from the staff.
