硬體設施很優秀 但每次進出都要從室內到室外再回到室內 應該就是為了view吧
去泡湯更是有一段50米的户外路程
長者可能會中風 冷熱交替
户外湯都在維修沒有使用到
checkout後行李沒人管你 要自己提
晚餐精緻 但是男生可能吃不飽
白馬村開車開了一週下來，唯一按喇叭的就是酒店的工作車輛趕着不知道要去哪裡 連住客也不讓

房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離。酒店設施很好，有足浴，露天風呂，私湯。大堂吧酒水暢喝。滑雪歸來，門口有免費熱湯水和米飯。
早餐不夠豐富，冷食偏多。泡完湯有免費咖啡牛奶和棒冰吃，很贊。室內湯池很大，室外的小。

温泉非常舒服 風景好 服務好 有接駁巴士去雪場 每日可以預約私湯一次 晚餐每三天重複一次菜單 還有一間中餐廳 距離栂池和巖岳雪場很近

如果你是來滑雪，千萬千萬千萬不要住！！！沒有免費shuttle bus去雪場 需要每天早上門口排隊坐公交車，而且晚點20分鐘是常態，而且人超級多很擁擠，一趟班車擠不上去很正常，基本上每天到雪場都快10點。
温泉雖然有，但是非常遠，而且要穿過很長的户外區域，冬天晚上很冷。
酒店自帶的晚餐有法餐和中餐，法餐分量很少完全吃不飽。中餐更搞笑，把所有菜分開上一道一道上，前面菜吃完了撤盤子才上下一道，所有菜吃完後，最後上一碗白米飯…
而且最重要的是，酒店工作人員雖然態度很好，但英文極差，基本屬於無法溝通狀態。 反正再也不會住這。

酒店位於白馬村，從JR白馬站過來十分鐘，酒店有定點班車接送，基本上一小時一班。
滑雪季過來，銀裝素裹，酒店提供的滑雪設施十分完備。提醒一下，白馬滑雪場有很多不同等級的雪道，一定要查清楚適合的雪場。
酒店坐落在一個山谷裏，景色一流，大堂景觀無敵。酒店提供免費的紅酒，飲料，下午茶，在酒店打發一天時間沒有任何問題。
酒店的温泉條件不錯。
酒店早餐品種不多，連住幾天就沒啥可吃的了。可以選擇酒店的晚餐，法式晚餐真心一般，也有中式晚餐，推薦一試。
酒店缺點就是有點年代了，但總體維護的不錯，很乾凈。房間在日本算大的，設施大部分是木質的，不是很新。

環境好，服務好，有免費的私湯 雪糕 牛奶 咖喱飯等，孩子們玩的得高興。唯一不好的是小孩收費太貴了，兩個小孩基本等於要多訂一個房間

沒去之前因為行程時間問題想取消 酒店不給取消 最後又調整行程如期入住了 一住進來發現超級哇塞 房間窗户外看雪景超美 含早餐和晚餐 還有下午茶和各種小零食都很美味 很適合親子 晚餐每道菜都很精緻 滑雪季我們坐窗邊景色太美了
