Hotel beach and area is good , just foods and roons is not looks like 4 star serms like 3 star hotel , another all is good beach is wonderfull

No 4 star hotel. Elevator to the beach is not working. During our stay a wall has been created so you do not see the entrance anymore. You have to use the stairs to the beach of more than 100 steps. In the hall of your room are birds nestled so you walk every day through the bird toilet rests . The dinner food should be hot but it is almost cold when you arrive at your seat. The buffet is cheap products and almost every day the same of pizza, spaghetti etc. Tje all inclusive is almost nothing. The drinks are ca 10 drinks tou can choose. On the beach it is not private of the hotel. Locals come on the beach and steel towels in the lunch break when tourist are gone. There are also dealers on the beach which speak to you as tourist. Very unacceptable. There is no animation nothing than some night 1,5 hour terrible singing with keyboard. The water is no blue flag at the beach there is a deposit streaming of dirt every day. Everyday a tractor puts the dirt in the ground. The beach bar can not make cocktails. Cleaning of the room is bad. It is terrible. We went several times out for dinner. Some personel are nice some not.

The beach is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars — the sand and the water are truly impressive. The rest... very disappointing. The food is repetitive and low quality. If you want a full dining experience (starter, main course, dessert), try the so-called "à la carte" Taverna — you’ll be done in under 7 minutes. Going to the beach is easy — until you need to go back. You’ll face 167 stairs from the beach to the hotel, so choose your meal wisely before heading down, the nearest toilet is up. They had some elevator but is not working anymore, so they preferred to wall the entrance as it never existed. Check my photo to have an idea. No stores nearby. The closest one is a 10-minute walk along a narrow road shared with cars — no sidewalk. They claim to offer "premium service", but I found almost everything substandard. Even thinking now about those sandwiches makes me feel sick. And now the serious part: Someone STOLE money from my wallet, which was in my backpack inside my locked room. I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I only noticed the money was gone when I got home. I emailed the hotel immediately — no answer. Premium service indeed. Also, avoid renting a car from the "nice lady" from reception. They asked for ALL my credit card numbers, including the CVV, written down manually — which is a major red flag. I had to cancel my card as soon as I realized what happened.

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday in this lovely hotel. We liked that the restoration had been done with the utmost care . The dining was great managed by Maitre Fodis. The gardens are beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming.The beach was perfect. I would probably change the steps up to the fabulous bar which I found difficult to climb.

Amazing place with an amazing view from the terrace of the main bar. The beach was very clean.The food was very tasty and every day we had a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Thank you for everything. See you next time.

Very disappointed with this hotel we have stayed in many mitsis hotels with very high standards but this one must be a embarrassment to the hotel chain, food is very repetitive and luke warm or cold, main toilets are disgusting stinks and graffiti written on the walls, bar staff in the evening do their best, beer served in very tiny glasses you need to order 4 to get 3/4 of a pint, tables not cleaned due to lack of staff, I am fine with the location but if you like local shops it's a taxi or 50 min walk, beach is lovely but the lift down is out of action and won't be repaired till next year, pool is nice and pool bar is very good. This not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination, staff are very nice and pleasant but they must feel deflated with the amount of complaints.

Mitsis Alexander the Great is a beautiful 4-star all-inclusive resort located in a peaceful, green area of Kriopigi, Halkidiki. The first and the last time i'm booking in this hotel it's horrible, the foods are disgusting, the check-in was late, the staff is unprofessional i have been in so many hotels but this one i don't have words to describe how sad I'am ............

Great hospitality at a a hotel with an amazibg view. The roof top bar waa great and the hotel manager mr Dimitris was always present eager to serve and help guests having a great time (I have never seen such a nice host as Dimitris). The place is highly recommended.
