This was our second stay in this hotel and it was even better than last time. Rooms are big and comfortable, with renovated bathrooms and huge flat screen TVs, the service is perfect and the hotel personnel is very friendly and professional.

Absolutely loved the breakfast and I am a fussy eater! There was plenty of choice. Good bread, tea, fruit was very delicious. I. loved the fresh honey. The rooms had air con which was so useful during the heatwave. The negatives are: We had to ask for toilet paper because the cleaner didn't bother providing enough (it was not like we had some issues...it was normal useage), the tea and coffee was not replenished either which was poor service. The hotel would have gotten all five stars from me if it wasn't for the bad housekeeping job. Sleep quality and breakfast is great.

Spacious rooms, good bed, with us with a beautiful view, beautiful hotel terrace, breakfast good, spa and bathroom good, service, however, can be greatly expanded, since z.t. not available and if active with extremely different services (just 2 examples: Aperol same price 1 x only about 50% to 100%/ info that the kitchen/ dinner fails on various days... no info when active again.. .etc.) a pity... disturbed the otherwise good impression, very good, therefore with limitations

We stayed here for a Father's Day convention. Breakfast was fine. Conference room was meagerly prepared but technically in order. Lunch was good and so was the evening buffet. The whole thing still lacks some soul, but it can still be developed. Significantly better than in the days of Gerry Weber

Asparagus overcooked. (very soft). potatoes good. Veal schnitzel well. Sauce hollondaise not particularly good. Guests have to wear a mask throughout the area, the waiter who brings the food masks free? Doesn't go with the "rule" for me. Price ok.

Tolles Hotel, super Zimmer, sauber, modern und geräumig. Die Schwachstelle bei unserem Besuch nach einem Konzert war der Service in der Bar. Die Getränke waren super, allerdings wirkten die Servicekräfte bei der Bedienung am Gast (Aufnahme der Bestellung, beim Bringen der Getränke zu den Tischen sowie der Abrechnung der Tische) ziemlich überfordert.
