Kandy country side home stay

Kandy Countryside Home Stay, is situated off Kandy and Katugastota towns. Its run by Mr.Jaliya Senarathne, a retired high ranked government officer. We spent two nights at this beautiful, quiet and peaceful house run by this family. Mr.& Mrs Jaliya were very kind enough to give us a comfortable room. Mrs Jaliya gave us some delicious food, the real home cooked meals, hot and spicy with the touch of Sri Lankan flavor. The silent atmosphere and the greenery around the house is quiet a gift for nature lovers, and for families seeking a good relaxed stay without any disturbance. Its a place for families who love privacy, just to have a hot shower, have a hot cup of tea, and have the food what we order or what Mrs.Jaliya has to offer. I can highly recommend this place for families, local and foreign tourists. You need to visit "Kandy Countryside Home Stay", and experience the hospitality, atmosphere, and the warm welcome of this family. Mr.Jaliya did not hesitate to pick us from the station, when I said to arrange a taxi, but due to the heavy rains the train ride was cancelled. We managed to get there by car. "Kandy Countryside Homestay", some comfortable rooms, living area, dining area, outside sitting area, spacious washrooms and with parking facilities. The special home made rice and curry, English breakfast, or any of your taste will be given by Mrs.Jaliya. We will be back to spend some quality time very soon. Take care, Wish you all the best.
