SSiri TanAn exceptional hotel in every sense. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home, thanks to the genuine warmth and impeccable service of the entire team. During our stay, our son became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to care for us — assisting with medical arrangements and accompanying us to the hospital with remarkable kindness and professionalism. At the same time, they thoughtfully supported my husband and our younger daughter at the hotel, even helping during breakfast, which brought us immense comfort. The hotel also hosted a truly beautiful Christmas Eve dinner, creating a warm and memorable celebration for our family. The Kids Club was outstanding, and the food and coffee were without question the best we experienced on our trip. This level of heartfelt hospitality is rare. A stay we will never forget, and a hotel we will absolutely return to. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserOur ocean-facing room was very nice facing the bay area with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and well maintained. You can watch the sunset while sipping coffee from the balcony overlooking the bay. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly and helpful with our queries. The Christmas decor in the lobby was was beautiful. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

GGuest UserInitially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here
