The receptionist guy is very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable on how to go about Halong bay. Helped us to book the super fun DragonCruise day tour and also affordable and 2hrs ride limousine back to Hanoi! Beautiful places😍😍

We had a wonderful stay at Halong Harmony Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were excellent, but what really made our stay special was the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Lam, who helped us in so many ways — always kind, attentive and ready to support with a smile. His warm hospitality made a big difference and we are truly grateful.
