The hotel is an 8-minute taxi ride from the cruise terminal, located in what seems to be the old town of Ha Long Bay. There are many local buildings, markets, and restaurants nearby, though most were closed during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are very new, and the front desk staff are enthusiastic and even speak a little Chinese! The infinity pool and bar on the rooftop offer fantastic views and are definitely worth checking out!

The room was great, but there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. Room service was excellent, and the rooftop pool was a nice touch with fantastic night views. The staff were also very friendly. It was super convenient and close to the cruise departure point.

Five-star review! A flawless hotel, truly satisfied. The greeter helped carry our luggage all the way to the room without expecting a tip. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy. Check-in was handled with a warm smile and clear explanations. There are plenty of places to explore nearby. Breakfast was satisfying, and the pho was delicious. The pool is fantastic, with amazing infinity views. Our room was clean and spacious. Very happy overall! Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ha Long Bay, it's just a 10-minute taxi ride to the pier.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It has an amazing outdoor infinity pool on the top floor with the best views. The water was cold for me to swim there, but my partner did go in a few times. One night we order the room service food and were really happy with that, chicken sandwich with french fries. The staff was all in all very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. It is conveniently located near our cruise company that is located in Radisson Blu Hotel and just 7min walk. There are some eateries and convenience store nearby the hotel.
