Radisson Blu Hotel, Ha Long Bay

This hotel is very new, clean, advanced, spectacular and outstanding, breakfast opinions are various and plenty, the service of staffs is friendly and effective, the bedding is comfortable to have good sleep, nothing much of dissatisfaction i can find in the hotel, the only thing that should be improved is the refrigerator, as it's not colding but just for storage, overall it's totally worthy of the price, hardly can i regret choosing it.

Radisson Blu Halong Bay — Good Service, One Big Miss ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great breakfast, excellent coffee — classic Radisson standard. Staff was super helpful booking us a 6-hour sea cruise. Room with ocean view is a must. Walkable area with good restaurants nearby, which is a bonus. Two things to know: beach is 15 min walk, and — big one — the outdoor pool was closed with zero mention of it anywhere online. I booked specifically for the pool. Not cool. Update your listings. Good stay overall, but transparency would make it great.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standing. It was so poor that we decided to check out one day early. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the outdoor facilities, which were closed. We were not informed about that fact. The food at the hotel is acceptable, but be prepared to wait a very long time. We had to skip the dessert because no one was there to take our order… Breakfast, however, was good and one of the few positive service experiences. Overall, there was a lack of information, support, and communication from the staff. It was difficult to get help or clear answers, and there was no sense of welcome at all. A hotel can have beautiful rooms and facilities, but without proper service, it’s hard to enjoy the stay. Feeling uncomfortable and ignored defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel of this level.

The best hotel i stayed in  while in Vietnam! Breakfast was great, gym was great! Only one issue they should have bicycles for you to ride along the beach..  loved my stay otherwise..

Overall a good hotel with good customer service, but I think the slippers need to be changed as I was injury because it was so slippery.

This place was amazing. The rooms were clean. The burger breakfast was good with a rotation of noodles selections everyday. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beuatiful and very well managed. People were very friendly. They have a very nice pool aswell.
