The accommodations, dining, transportation, and shopping are all very convenient, exceeding expectations. The first-floor lounge area is a popular spot for photos. Facilities: Excellent, very clean. Hygiene: Excellent, cleaned daily. Environment: Excellent, with mountains and water right outside. Service: Breakfast can be ordered and delivered to the room (advance booking required).

The room was clean and tidy, the service was good, and the bespectacled lady at the front desk was very helpful. She helped us book a car to Hanoi to pick us up at the hotel, which facilitated our trip and enthusiastically answered all our inquiries. I sincerely thank her.

room was good, though very basic. Staff were helpful, di not inform us that restaurant not open for dinner even though the website says it is. good location, close to sea promenade, limestone formations very visible, even from the room.
