The hotel was grand. The swimming pool was great for the kids not a lot much else to do there. The golf was great for dad. We had to great game there and the views were fantastic, good value overall we enjoyed the hotel and the food was good, so we will go back and play another round of golf there and stay again. The service was just medium, and the attention to customer detail was low.

Amazing pool and good hotel gym. Nice golf course right on the doorstep and good view from all rooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff could be more attentive. Ha Long Bay is just a short taxi ride away if you want to explore the city.

Considered one of the best accomodation at Ha Long province. The restaurant dishes is delicous and big portion. The price is affordable and there is one place to have drinks during night time. Will repeated the booking again for my next visit.

A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

It’s okay overall but the breakfast was so crowded and less varieties, coffee was cold! Very basic food! The golf course looked good but the weather wasn’t pleasant when we got there, didn’t play! The view was stunning looking at Ha long Bay!

First rate facility with an excellent trained staff giving VIP service to guests. Wonderful location, views, and people. General Manager was on site meeting customers and working continuously to seeing that everyone was enjoying their stay. Friendliest first class 5 star stay I have had in a long time.
