Tru by Hilton Ha Long Hon Gai Centre

Every staff member at the front desk was warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with booking a Halong Bay day trip and arranging our bus tickets back to Hanoi. The room was well-equipped, with a separate shower and toilet, and offered a beautiful sea view. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a great variety of Vietnamese traditional dishes.

This hotel is excellent. The room was clean and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. If you're planning a trip to Ha Long, I highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is located in the heart of a vibrant community, very close to a shopping mall, making it super convenient for travel. The staff provided excellent service, the room was clean, and the bed was soft.

The hotel is located in Hon Gai, right next to Vincom, but quite far from the beach. The room is small but clean, and it's good value for money.

We absolutely love this hotel chain! The rooms are very comfortable with great air conditioning. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, and there's a good small gym and laundry facility. The location is superb: a supermarket, market, and promenade are all nearby. Our windows faced directly onto the bay – beautiful! The staff are wonderful and responsive, always ready to help with anything. Thank you!

The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but wow, it's great on the inside!

I specifically booked a room with a view, but all I could see were other people's rooms. The view from their restaurant was actually better.
