I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

オリエンタルルームに宿泊。ダイワロイヤルの和洋室は似てると思います。ただ、最上階にあり、広い窓から一日中陽がはいるし、エアコンが古い？のか、一斉に管轄しているようで、冷房、ドライなどの機能がなく、大浴場から帰ると暑くて暑くて💦温度を下げても暑かったです。これはどうにもならないのかな（笑） レストランは最高に美味かったです。一日目は、日本料理のコース（真ん中ランク）二日目は中華料理のコースを食べました。どちらも、良いタイミングで料理が出てくるので、ゆったりと美味しくいただきました。中華料理では、料理長が各テーブルを回って、挨拶に来てくれました。フランス料理は食べる機会が無かったのですが、最上階で夜景を見ながらゆったりと食事出来ると思います。朝食のバイキングは、ツアー客も一緒なので少々混雑しています。先に席を取ることをお勧めします。お箸とおしぼりを置いてた人が、ツアー客のおばちゃんに席を取られてモメてました（笑）分かり易いものを置いておきましょうネ！品数が沢山ありましたが、ライブキッチンでは、目玉焼きだけでオムレツはありません。あとゆかりのオムスビを握ってくれます。最上階のフレンチの横に予約制の少しお高い朝食があったようです。ランチもホテルで取りましたが、最高でした！カフェも広々としてよかったです。近所に住んでいたら、再々ランチに利用したと思います（笑） 大浴場の絶えずスタッフが清掃しているし、挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。ショップも朝７時からオープンしているので、早い出発の人には便利かも。

I stayed in this hotel for a night. The bed was really comfortable. There is a bathtub for you to soaked in. For me, it was great as I was drenched from the rain. They also offer free welcome drink and curry rice for dinner. Breakfast was buffet but by the first round, I was full. They cooked really well too. The staff at the reception was sweet and polite. The previous lady whom I met at 2pm was helpful in arranging to bring my bag-pack to my room. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay.

I went to Hamamatsu City and stayed somewhere and went to play, and I found this hotel of the inn series if I was looking for a hotel. I was going to sleep, but the inn is saved because it has a welcome drink🍻 Mr. Suzuki at the front desk was the best smile❗️ The stay is 2 adults and 2 infants, I was able to drink it with my family because I had one cup of alcohol or soft drink. The room is a twin room, but it is full of beds and there is almost no place for the back, but it feels like ”good 〜, good 〜 😅 if you can sleep”. It is near the station and the downtown is also a 1 minute walk 🚶‍♂️ good ❗️ breakfast was also delicious. It's amazing to cut 5,000 yen ‼️ If you go to stay from now on, it's a group 🙂

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

We stayed ２ from New Year's Eve on 31st. I chose this because I had a free washing machine, and there was no particular difference with other business hotels. The hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

Next to the building is Japanese food, Italian restaurants, supermarkets and stabbers. There are thin stairs for pedestrians on the side and the hotel side, so when you use it, you don't turn the building into it.

Visited for the first time in a while. As always, this hotel is child-friendly and offers preferential treatment everywhere. The staff's response was also good. Various events are held, including prizes drawn by lottery. This time it was Universal Stay. It still feels far away. Barrier-free with separate toilet and bath. The bathrooms are usually spacious and easy to use. The air conditioner is also working well. The public bath, which can be used by day-trippers, is generally clean. The washing area still has a time-stop faucet. The hot springs are a little hot. To my surprise, the Daedarabotchi hot spring was closed. It would not be an exaggeration to say that one-fourth of the charm of the inn has now disappeared. I would like to see a remodel of an open air space that is rarely used to create a jacuzzi and carbonated spring. Since there is no hot water at Daidarabotchi, the next day we went to the public bath exclusively for guests. There is also a time-stop faucet in the washing area. What's more, the shower takes less time to run than the time-stop faucets in the public baths that day visitors can use. As expected, this is tough. The hot springs are transparent. The public bath that day visitors can use is brown, but why is it different? Even though it's the same source. Dinner has a wide variety of menus as usual. The grilled eel and beef steak were delicious, and when I counted the number of plates, I ate exactly the same amount. The dessert was also delicious. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming considering the number of items, but the pizza was delicious and the desserts were decent, so I have no complaints. So, although it was a shame that the hot springs at Daidarabotchi were no longer available, I felt that it was an excellent hotel in an almighty sense. I would like the price to be reduced to compensate for the lack of hot water at Daidarabotchi.
